Britiannia Parking - Waitrose

Options
Hi all,
Got a parking fine from Britannia Parking today for parking at Waitrose.
They have alleged that I parked my work van there from 7.56am until 6.24pm.
That day I went there on 2 separate occasions, first time I went just before 8.00am with my son and popped in while he had a dental check up before taking him to school and going off to work , second time I popped there about 6.00pm to pick a couple of bits up on my way home.
Photo proof that they have sent shows my van entering and leaving the car park but does not appear to show any times just the dates.
What proof do I need that my van was not there and the times that they have stated were on 2 different occasions?

Just appeal it using one of the templates from here, as keeper, also stating that 2 short visits were made that day by the driver and they should check their orphan images

This is commonly known as double dipping and crops up regularly on here

No blabbing about who was driving etc, just keep it simple, as seen in other double dipping threads on here

It is a classic case of "double dip" where the middle two images from the ANPR have been ignored. This is a clear breach of the BPA CoP 21.2 whereby there has been no manual quality control check of the images before action has been taken.

This breach of the CoP also means that they have breached the KADOE contract and obtained your personal data illegally from the DVLA as there was no cause of action. A breach of your GDPR leaves them open to a claim for damages from you. A complaint to the DVLA is in order.

This is all explained in the Newbies/FAQ thread. It would assist you if you can show that you were elsewhere with your vehicle between the times stated in the NtK. Do you use Google Maps or Waze for example? These apps can give a history of your location at different times of the day in question. At the end of the day, the burden of proof is on the operator to prove that you were there all day rather than you to prove you weren't. They must search their ANPR records for the "orphan images" that show the first exit and the second entrance times.

Also complain to the Waitrose Manager who should be hearing your wrath and sorting it.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
