Is there a danger in estimated readings when on a fixed rate?

I believe it can be done with a Customer Identification Number when you haven't got an IHD MAC, but I don't know how you find it!Marksfish said:
How do you do that without an IHD? I just looked as Hugo isn't getting any info from my electric meter and it won't let me sign up without a IHD MAC, which mine doesn't have.victor2 said:If you want to see if there's any meter data with the DCC, you can register with n3rgy online (doesn't need an app).I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the In My Home MoneySaving, Energy and Techie Stuff boards. Give it 24 hours. It gets its data from DCC as far as I know. So if you can download data from it for your meters, they are sending data to DCC, and your supplier should be able to get readings.bristolleedsfan said:

My recollection is that you can sign-up with a credit card. They just use it verify your address matches the address of the meters.Marksfish said:
