If you want to see if there's any meter data with the DCC, you can register with n3rgy online (doesn't need an app).

How do you do that without an IHD? I just looked as Hugo isn't getting any info from my electric meter and it won't let me sign up without a IHD MAC, which mine doesn't have.
I believe it can be done with a Customer Identification Number when you haven't got an IHD MAC, but I don't know how you find it!

Give it 24 hours. It gets its data from DCC as far as I know. So if you can download data from it for your meters, they are sending data to DCC, and your supplier should be able to get readings.

My recollection is that you can sign-up with a credit card. They just use it verify your address matches the address of the meters.
