When you think how much money the energy companies have in their accounts gaining interest that customers should have - probably looking at several millions/billions of pounds.0

I am with eon next and on 2 separate occasions have had emails to up my DD from something like £82 to £132 per month.
What got my back up was each time I was around £600 IN CREDIT.
I e-mailed back and said I wanted DD left at £82 as I was in credit and I would adjust DD accordingly when needed.
To be fair there was no hassle and they aggreed.

Offset by the several million pounds customers owe. I use energy from the 1st to last day of the month, Eon bill me and take the money from me over 2 weeks later so I am persistently in debt to them.Sydney25 said:When you think how much money the energy companies have in their accounts gaining interest that customers should have - probably looking at several millions/billions of pounds.
