AXS ticket resale and not being paid.

I sold some tickets through AXS for a concert I was unable to attend. 
I was pleased the tickets sold and was told to wait 10 days after the concert for the payment back to me to be made. 
But even though my AXS account shows the balance and my bank account and PayPal account are verified on my AXS account, months later and  I still haven’t been paid my money. 
I have questioned this with AXS and just receive emails saying I should expect an email from Hyperwallet to verify a few details. 
Who and what is Hyperwallet. Something to do with PayPal. PayPal aren’t interested and say it’s AXS problem. 
This has been going on for months now and I still have never received an email from Hyperwallet. 
And reading TrustPilot and other sites it seems I maybe one of hundreds, if not thousands who are having the same problem, right now, of not being paid by AXS. Albeit there may also be hundreds, if not thousands who may have been paid out (my daughter being one).
This just seems to be one massive problem, stitch up, scam, call it what you like. 
Customer Service seems non existent. 
What can I do next?

  • I have the same issue. Sold tickets in April and still not paid despite supplying the requested information to hyperwallet. I now have another email from AXS today repeating their previous one asking me for information to verify my account. I’m really not sure how to get my money and any help would be appreciated.

    I have just come across this post and want to ask if either of you have been paid for your resale tickets.
    Going through the same issue as their excuse was my bank details I inputed were incorrect and I would need to resubmit them yet my bank said they didn't attempt payment.  Updated them over a month ago but each time I chase (5 times) on their Live Chat the customer services people keep saying 'you'll be paid next Friday' but nothing.
    Customer services is grossly incompetent and appear to have no idea what was discussed in previous chats.
    Just curious to know if I'm chasing a dead horse here and need to implement legal help. Thanks

  • I am in exactly the same position. I’ve sent 10 emails to AXS so far! And they won’t send me the Hyperwallet link either! I’m stuck! It’s 16 working days since the concert and the people who brought my tickets have enjoyed the gig, meanwhile I am waiting for payment! What can I do next?
