Direct Savings cavity wall insulation

Hi I recently went through Eon for the free energy survey/works.   I’ve been approved for cavity wall insulation but I’m concerned about the quality of the work after reading horror stories.  

Has anyone had any experience of Direct Savings who are based in Livingston in Scotland and can share their thoughts please.

They refused to fit CWI in my house because my house has foil bubble wrap around it inside.

So, on the basis that they didn’t just go ahead with work when my house wasn’t suitable (though the only house on the street not to have CWI!!) and the fact they’re long established I would suggest they’re OK!

I’ve just filled out the Eon questionnaire and been told I will qualify for cavity wall insulation and loft insulation with Direct Savings
