Have you complained to ACI? If so the lodge a complaint to FOS and ICO0

As above, you need to formally complain in writing (is best) to ACI to get this removed.
You must first exhaust the complaints process.
Only then, if you remain unhappy, can you escalate the matter to the ICO.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. You have a lot of evidence. The Financial Ombudsman will take a decision on the balance of probabilities where there is something missing.
One thing that may help is to ask ACI to produce the CCA agreement for the debt using this template https://nationaldebtline.org/get-information/sample-letters/information-about-your-agreement-under-consumer-credit-act/. If this cant be produced, it shows that ACI don't know much about the debt. If it can hopefully it has the wrong address which supports you saying this was the fraudulent debt.0 -
Can’t you not also raise an online complaint with the CRA(s) as a “not my account”?0
