    last time i was in the market for one i chose nilfisk, they are around the same price point as equivalent karcher models but have a metal pump where as karcher have a plastic pump (or this was the case when i was in the market for one some years ago)

    Bought a Karcher K5 after my K2 died having been in use for about 10 years. K5 is excellent and has a decent amount of power for cleaning patios etc. Not sure if the power control is worth the extra, the standard model comes with a manual variable power lance 
    Some people don't exaggerate........... They just remember big!
