    Before you do anything else, clarify whether it's Woolaway or SMT. Woolaway bungalows are not necessarily as problematic as their houses but it's worth searching these forums for discussions. If it is Woolaway, I'd also be looking at prices for other bungalow's sold in recent years in the area.

    The EA certainly needs to know what the construction is before it is marketed. No point listing it without that information as it may not be possible to get a mortgage these days.

    Im fairly sure its the Woolaway.  The estate agent i spoke with says they are not as desirable as traditional homes, but sell fairly well because they are more affordable when compared to brick.  But a cash buyer is preferred as mortgages can be more difficult with this type.
