Before you do anything else, clarify whether it's Woolaway or SMT. Woolaway bungalows are not necessarily as problematic as their houses but it's worth searching these forums for discussions. If it is Woolaway, I'd also be looking at prices for other bungalow's sold in recent years in the area.
The EA certainly needs to know what the construction is before it is marketed. No point listing it without that information as it may not be possible to get a mortgage these days.If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing1 -
