By reboot do you mean switch off and on again? I have called BT and been through the rubbish they make you do like unplug ther phone, stand on one leg etc. I aparently have to wait 4 days to see if ti gets better.0

Have you had the router switched off at the mains for any period of time, if so it could be that your line in retraining. If this is the case it will settle down again in a day or two0
