New Dishwasher issues
JNGB
Bought a new kitchen from Wren. Fitted by their fitters in April. After 2 days the integrated dishwasher had an alarm and didnt work properly. Issues draining. Wren told me it was an issue with the manufacturer Zanussi, Zanussi told me to go back to Wren. An engineer came and it worked for 4 weeks. I now have the same issue. Do I go to Wren or Zanussi as this is not fit for purpose? I would like a replacement, Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

If claiming under warranty then it is with Zanussi.
If claiming under Consumer Rights it is the retailer.0 -
As above, you need to decide which route to pursue. If it were me, I'd use consumer rights with Wren because it's possible the dishwasher isn't faulty and it's the installation that's causing the problem, e.g. the drain hose route has a pinch/kink, or has been connected to the waste in a way that is impeding flow.
Who sent the engineer? Wren, or Zanussi?0
