There is no struggle to find the NEWBIES thread or the Template Defence thread. They are both on page one, clearly pinned & marked as 'Announcement' at the top.

Did you miss my signature telling you where to click? Look:
Are you able to send a link to it I am unable to find the correct one
Sorry but that doesn't help you see how to navigate the forum. You will not gain confidence nor be able to research and read similar threads if you don't know how to get back to page one.

My signature tells you where your two links to page one are already on this page; there's no need for a third link.

One click and you are looking at page one, then look for the Announcement threads at the top. Look for the thread title in capitals with the word NEWBIES, click on it. Read the 2nd post of it.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD

Is this the thread? Post 2

    SMALL CLAIM?

IF YOU HAVE A THREAD, REPLY ON IT, DON'T START A NEW ONE.

    Pre-action stage:
If you have a 'Letter of claim' or Letter Before Claim (LBC), a claim IS likely.

A 'real' LBC gives a 30 day deadline and reply forms. DO NOT use the 'reply forms'. You do not have to declare your finances!

PLEASE NOTE THE ABOVE IS THE ADVICE TO RESPOND TO A LETTER OF / BEFORE CLAIM, THIS IS NOT WHAT TO DO IF YOU ACTUALLY HAVE A CLAIM FORM

(that's also easy - no CCJ risk asking as you act quickly - but actual Claims are dealt with lower down in this post).

If the parking firm is using Gladstones, DCLegal, BW Legal or other solicitor and you have a LBC or LoC (a letter) then search the forum for the solicitor's email and reply robustly as follows:

DO NOT SEND A LETTER BY POST.

    Here's a robust example, for a case where you weren't driving and it's 'non-POFA':
    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/comment/80421536/#Comment_80421536

Here's a more generic one to the solicitor (or operator if they sent the LOC themselves):

I read it and it takes you to other threads with links all a bit confusing, I am just wondering where the help is to fill in the form from the website that makes you search your claim

You didn't scroll down far enough in Post 2 for the instructions on completing AOS. Try again
In the NEWBIES thread Post 2 Small Claim
scroll down to the section that starts
So, where to start dealing with a claim?
Here is a guide to MCOL, how to acknowledge service ('AOS'):

Once AOS done go to the Template defence thread to copy/adapt Coupon-mad 10 paragraph defence.

It is in post 2 of the Newbies thread.

    Your thread heading says:

    "PPM LTD , B W Legal"

But the claim form shows it is

    Euro Parking Services via Gladstones!

PLEASE help us help you by putting a correct thread title.
