    I've always been amazed by this forum and the incredibly financially knowledgable advisers and accountants on here that give their knowledge and time for free to help people like me.   It's very much appreciated.

    I am having exactly the same problem .  Greyed out Catchpa box .  If I press generate new code after several attempts I et a code but then get an error message stating the catchpa is wrong.  Is impossible to set up a new forum account and HMRC report a problem also not working.  I tried reporting on X and that did not help.  Seems HMRC systems are tin need of some serious review.  
    Forum can be useful for advice and info .  Especially when the phone lines are so troubles some.

    Same here,  finding the dreaded greyed out Captcha box on all my devices.

    Mine was greyed out but when I clicked on it I got a code.

    I just tried and and while I did see the code this time, as others have said above Captcha then said I had entered the wrong code. Which is untrue.
