Octopus Flexible or Fixed?

I’m currently on Flexible but have seen MSE recommend their fixed tariff if you prefer certainty. It’s in line with the price cap reduction in July and then a fair amount cheaper than the October rise.
I’m not sure how the Flexible tariff is calculated but the rate is 24.69 kw/h on fixed vs 25.25 kw/h. However being ‘flexible’ I’ve no idea what my current tariff would be in July or October.
Any suggestions?

MSE calculator suggests for my region it is 4% cheaper than April cap based on average typical use - 11500 G - 2700 E0 -
I have calculated that the current fix I can get with Octopus is 4.65% cheaper than my current Octopus Flexible tariff. Should I fix?0
