I would like to say a huge thank you to everyone involved in creating such a helpful and informative “NEWBIES” thread. I have silently been following this thread to help fight Elite Parking & DCB Legal, and today received my N279!
I had received my Notice of Allocation to the Small Claims Track with a hearing set for 12.08.24 at the County Court Peterborough. I was due to start drafting my WS this week with a deadline of 07.06, thank god I didn’t waste my time! Today I have received my N279 and I can finally stop panicking!
Once again I’d like to thank everyone involved for taking their time to create such an awesome and easy to follow guide. I couldn’t have done it without you!

To be honest I didn’t feel the need to start a new thread as my case was nothing out the ordinary. However I was prepared to fight tooth and nail to prove my innocence and not pay them a penny! 15 months this has been going on and it’s so refreshing to finally say it’s now over. I can’t thank you all enough for the effort you have put in to helping others. I would have been totally lost without you all!7
