Just stop digging. This is not painting your firm in the best light, especially with this email exchange having been publicised online.

By continuing to pressure me to pay money to a notorious ex-clamper, you are perpetuating the disability discrimination.  Quite frankly, your responses have been disgraceful and a complete waste of my precious time.

Of course I'm not offering money to 'settle' a discriminatory 'scam' PCN.  Did you know that the Government described what the parking industry do as "extorting money from motorists"? Statutory regulation of UKPC, DCB and their ilk is imminent but I doubt they've told you that their gravy train will finally have the brakes applied next year.

And of course your legal team aren't UKPC's legal advisers but I should have guessed from your previous unhelpful replies that you'd likely hide behind 'legal professional privilege'.  Laughable. Just stop.

I'll crack on with defending this scam claim.

Once DCB Legal have inevitably discontinued the claim in 2025 (as is their tried and tested intimidatory MO) I have not ruled out litigation against one or more parties for compensatory damages for breaches of the Equality Act 2010.

Well today was a crazi !!!!!! day ..... my phone rang non stop all day so in the end I just put it on silent , I had a letter come through from court and the date is allocated for the case to go ahead onFriday. 

19 missed calls from 1 number! A message was left on answer phone..... dcb asking if I'm me and trying to call to call and urgently need to speak to me about a matter, laughable! Email around about an hour ago dcb again , WE NEED WOULD LIKE TO DISCONTINUE THE CASE !!! 

I sent an email back saying im glad you came to your senses. The amount of admin fees you have to pay yourselves for all that hounding you did for an illegal,and  discriminatory charge that you tried to enforce! Well done for all
your efforts cause now I'll be perusing a case against all that was involved in this whole nonsense
