Can't log in to Chase

My phone logged me out of the Chase app. To log back in, I get a text verification message, then enter my 6-digit PIN, then I need to upload photo ID again! I tried my passport but it has expired so is not accepted. I do not have any other acceptable photo ID as my driving licence is an old-style one (I actually applied for a photo driving licence yesterday just to get that one out of the way). I phoned them and they said it's a security measure and there is no way round it. I can understand it when opening an account, but just to log back in on the same device, having entered a correct verification code and PIN. Ridiculous! I contacted them on X and they advised me to phone, which I have already tried. Has anyone else had this and managed to negotiate it?
