Blocked Scottish Power account

I was told by on-line Scottish Power that ACI debt collection agency have blocked my account on Scottish Power's system.Can that be true

    I don't see how ACI can block SP' system - not sure what "block" means. In a bank account that would be the bank freezing the funds.

    Are you in debt to SP ?
