hi all i hope someone can help
ive got a samsung s22 mobile, i deleted some contacts from my contact list
but then i opened up "new conversation" and a lot of contacts that ive deleted are there on the list
there is some i dont have and wont ever have contact with again and want them fully removed
there is no option to delete them, this surely is wrong of samsung not allowing me to delete them unless im missing something here
any help guys

I believe contacts on a mobile phone are usually linked to an associated email address. You would need to go into the associated email account and delete the contacts from the address book, otherwise they will continue to keep appearing.

any help guysDepending on your model you can go into settings and turn off these suggestions. Or delete the messages/emails.This isn’t unique to Samsung, even Windows does this. You might also have contacts stored in a Google/Samsung/Microsoft account. Hopefully you’ll recall if you turned on Contacts syncing. If not then go into the account and delete them there as well.0
