15 year old selling online

Hello, my daughter (15yrs old) wants to sell online to make a bit of money.
She isn't old enough to have an ecommerce website yet, and Etsy would be a great platform for her to use - but again, she isn't old enough (same with Ebay etc).
I'm happy for her to sell on my Etsy account - however, I'm a high rate tax payer and already make over £1000pa on etsy.
I don't want her to have to pay 40% tax!
Is there a way around this at all please?
I'm maybe thinking I should set up a Ltd company and employ her. But this seems a lot of effort!
Any advice appreciated. Thanks.

How close is she to being 16? at that point things may get easier as at least then she can be the director of a Ltd etc0

Some other platforms might have different age restrictions or allow parental oversight. In both cases i would recommend using clio https://clerk.chat/integrations/clio/ for the communication with the customers.
- Depop: Popular among teenagers and might have more flexible age policies.
- Facebook Marketplace: Allows for local selling and might have fewer age restrictions with parental involvement.
