Random address on Transunion

I've discovered that there is an address (near where I live) that is mentioned on my Transunion report (via Credit Karma and Totally money). I am not and never have had any connection to that address. Also, the address where I actually live has been listed twice - with different dates.
When I go to transunion for a statutory report, they say "Sorry, we haven't been able to verify and validate your identity and can't provide your credit report."
I can check my file with Experian - where I do not see the random address.
I have tried emailing about this discrepency, but I'm yet to get a response.
Any suggestions?

Complain to them, don't just email - follow their process
Then go to the ICO if the response is unsatisfactorySam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
