Heated towel rail

I have a small downstairs toilet which is freezing an unventilated.  Consequently my Crome plated heated towel rail has rust spots.  I am looking to replace it so would welcome any suggestions for a towel rail that will not have rust spots.

You probably need to ventilate that room!

Painted radiator / towel rail may also rust but rust can be cleaned off and re-painted.

Stainless steel radiators should be less likely to rust than chrome-plated steel (when the chrome suffers damage), but there are different grades of stainless... and they all can rust...

Aluminium may corrode differently to steel in the same environment if the anodised or painted finish is damaged.

Painted radiators/towel rails are more energy efficient than chrome so would be a better choice than chrome. Have you thought about a standard radiator and putting a towel ring above it? Presumably it's only a small hand towel required.
