Do Cheap Energy Club comparisons include projected price cap changes for next year?

I'm a little lost as to how the CEC compares total annual costs.
Does it take the future projected energy price cap changes into account, and include that in annual cost calculations of the compared rates (that are based on the price cap), or does it just use the cap as at today's date and assume that for the next 12 months (which means it really only a valid comparison up to the next price cap change)?
If it does take projected price cap changes into account, why wouldn't it include Eon Next Pledge in the direct comparisons, even if it's only a reasonable estimate?
If it's not including price cap projections (or even known changes for the next period) I may as well do my own calculations.

Not allowed to take future changes into account.
That's why there are the extra words to explain how to account for that yourself.0
