Health changes after PIP Review Form posted to DWP. Some advice required

Options
Hi.   I've been helping a neighbour with their PIP Review/Renewal form, which was submitted 6-7 months ago.

Still waiting for an assessment date but they've had a text that says:

'We still have your PIP form and will be progressing your review as soon as we can. You may still need an assessment with a health professional.
You only need to contact us if your circumstances change.'

A few months after the review form was posted, my neighbour developed a significant health condition, which I think DWP should be aware of.

I've typed up and printed the details of this new condition, how it affects them, the medication they've been prescribed etc etc.  I've just followed the format of the original form.

But I have no idea who I'm supposed to post it to eg, which DWP department and location etc.

Any advice please? Thanks

I would suggest that your neighbour phones the PIP Helpline to say that he or she has further medical evidence to submit and to ask for an address to send it to.

Make sure you write the national insurance number on the top of every page and keep a copy yourself
