Home insurance for a home that is in a trust

My grandchildren’s home is in a trust for them as they have tragically lost both of their parents.
I am finding it difficult to find a reasonable home insurance because of this. The broker is charging over a hundred pounds extra in the renewal £412.66.

I would be most grateful if anyone could help. If it wasn’t in a trust I could get a policy for £150.00.
Thank you
