As an apple user, if you pay for iCloud+ (any tier), you get access to their 'Hide My Email' feature.

It allows you to generate many unique email addresses that will all forward to your main icloud.com email address (or another address registered with your iCloud account). Great for keeping your actual address secret and then giving different/unique emails to each person, company or entity that you deal with. You will quickly know who is responsible for any spam you receive, or who has suffered a data breach. And then you can disable/delete any you no longer want active.

The downside is that it further locks you into the Apple ecosystem.
