I emailed the retail park's site manager last evening at about 8pm with a slightly over the top complaint, emphasising the predatory nature of the parking company etc.
By 6.30am i had received his reply.
Absolutely refutes everything I had said, emphasised my responsibility to check the ticket is facing the right way (obviously I know this but accidents happen) - he stopped just short (but only just) of accusing me of having picked up a discarded ticket from the ground and displaying it upside down (despite me including a photo of my valid ticket!).
But at the very end he cancelled the PCN as a gesture of goodwill!

Could you add a link to this thread to a reply we now ask that you make in SUCCESSFUL COMPLAINTS ABOUT PPCs also telling people who search for this retail park, who to contact to complain?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
