Does anyone know the process for Nationwide with regards to stages of the application process?
Different workstreams cover different aspects of the application. A question of how long it takes to pull all the information together. Before it can be passed to an underwriter for review and authorisation. Underwiters having the authority to make offers on the lenders behalf.
Thank you for this. Appreciate it’s a lengthy process. We are on working day 9 today and the average is around 11 currently according to Nationwide timescales. We shall see.
Not necessarily lengthy. All depends how quickly the jig saw pieces come together. With due allowance for events such as half term where many staff will be on holiday.

I meant in general terms - it can be a lengthy process
