Do you have any idea how it works if my LTV is now lower after valuation and we have to change our product banding?kingstreet said:IMHO the purchase/remortgage and further advance processes are different and you shouldn't read across progress in one as indicative of what to expect in the other. Purchase/remortgage is usually faster from my experience.0 -
Different workstreams cover different aspects of the application. A question of how long it takes to pull all the information together. Before it can be passed to an underwriter for review and authorisation. Underwiters having the authority to make offers on the lenders behalf.chrisjp2017 said:
Does anyone know the process for Nationwide with regards to stages of the application process?1 -
Thank you for this. Appreciate it’s a lengthy process. We are on working day 9 today and the average is around 11 currently according to Nationwide timescales. We shall see.Hoenir said:

Yes we do, i spoke with them again and was told once product banding is changed it should then be approved to offer, a valuation is apparently last thing they look at and their email didn't reference anything else other than needing to change the product banding on our application, hopefully i get an offer tomorrowkingstreet said:
