Hi
I'm trying to download an OTM bill but get a permissions pop up. I can't see in the app permissions in settings where I can allow it. Can anyone help?

This might be at the device level, although Android will usually ask you if you wish to give the app permission when it tries to do something new, if you have previously said no to that then you might need to go to Settings>Apps>(relevant app)>Permissions, then grant the relevant permissions within there, which is likely to be the "Files and Media" option. I am not an Apple user so if you are on an iPhone you will have to look elsewhere, although I imagine it is somewhat similar.sheffieldeagle said:Hi

Cheers for that. I'm on Android and tried the settings route but no storage option. I've tried it online and it works fine. Just have to use this option.MattMattMattUK said:
