ESA payment missing from today

I usually get my ESA paid in every other Monday and it was due this coming Monday, I just checked and it hasn't been paid in today.

I've never had an issues before, it's always paid in on a Friday when there's a bank holiday.

Has anyone else had a missing payments this week?

Payments do go missing occasionally, you should have given them a call about it yesterday.

It will be Tuesday now before you can call them if it still hasn't turned up.
If it is just a missed payment then they can get it in your bank the same day, usually within a couple of hours from your call.

I couldn't call as I only realised at 11.30PM when I checked as I realised it was a bank holiday on Monday and then realised and panic set in.

I see from a previous thread that you're currently going through a PIP review. Have you had your assessment yet? or is your award close to it's original end date?

Last month I was told my award is staying the same and the reassessment has been completed with no change and no F2F

So did anyone else have it or have you ever had a missing payment? Do you think it could be an error or glitch or something?

I've not heard of anyone else that hasn't received a payment this weekend. All you can do now is ring them on Tuesday and they can make a same day payment.

Yes. I've had payments 'missing' a few times when I was on ESA, a phone call to tell them and it was in the bank a couple of hours later.

Check on Tuesday morning and if it still isn't there then give them a call.

Thanks, I think I just worry, I have general anxiety anyway.
So you've had it before and there was no actual problem?

Back in 2021 when my award was extended due to covid my ESA payment didn't go in when it should have. I rang them and it was because my PIP had ended (the original end date) due to that the system had detected a change so my payment was made. They made a same day payment and I received it within a couple of hours. 

In the mean time there's nothing more you can do. They open at 8am on Tuesday.
