It's Friday evening and the phones and live chat are down, I just received an e-mail at 9.30 at night stating my car insurance has been automatically switched from More Than to Swinton at an increase of over 2 grand a year, are they for real? I can't contact anyone to cancel it and the renewal date is in 2 days. I knew More Than was ceasing car insurance so I've already arranged my own cover and this seems incredibly predatory and outrageous, I've already made a complaint to Swinton as that's the only way I can even contact them at the moment, am I wrong in my thinking here???
