Just to let everyone know im a long time member and always use this site to save money so swapped to now tv 19 days ago,ive just had an interim bill of £11.13 after paying at the beginning of this month, after finally getting through i was told this service goes up by £3 in july,so basically i was better off staying with vodaphone
Therefore if you sign up do be aware this charge is coming,i tried to caNcel but their cooling off period is 14 days
Stuck with them for 1 year
This is why i dont like long term contracts
Not happy as vodaphone went up in april as i thought this was the same time for all of them
6 years ago i changed to shell via this site and when my bill came through the header price had vat added after the event,i never forget that
Thanks for reading

I think you mean Now broadband, now Now TV.

Anyway I just looked and it tells you on the website the price is going up by £3 from July 4, so its not exactly a state secret.

As for not liking long term contracts, well if it tells you in the T&Cs the price will go up every year, and you don't like that, well don't sign up basically. Plenty of providers around that won't do that, but you'll pay more from the outset normally.

Sorry but it is clear in their adverts when the mid-contract price rises are due. You sign up to "long" term contracts to save money so I'm not sure advocating monthly rolling contracts is exactly in the spirit of MSE.
