Poor service. Never heard of them but recommended by Martin Money Expert. Tried to open a savings account. Was told uploaded docs weren't correct (not specified exact requirements in what they required) so uploaded different docs. Was told account had been accepted and they would amend things their end to reflect changes they needed. Said they'd send an email. Heard nothing. Rang again next day and they said that advice was incorrect, no account was opened and you have to reapply but interest rate has gone down. 

Immediately red flag for me. Nice people but service poor, inconsistent advice, emails I did receive had no reference numbers. 

Told lady I'd rather use another company as a very poor start to opening account. What happens when you want your money?!!! 

Don't recommend.

Recommended personally by Martin Lewis, or simply mentioned in an MSE listing of accounts based solely on the interest rate paid, caveatted at the foot of each page by "remember we focus on rates not service"?
