My Virgin Money accounts can’t be verified!

This has happened with other accounts, but as it’s a bigger bank i wanted to make sure. I’ve got new Current, Savings and ISA accounts with Virgin Money, and trying to pay into any of them directly from my Starling account, it can’t verify my name on my account.I know this happens with some banks, just wanted to see if this was normal with Virgin, or if i was doing something wrong. Thanks!

How new? Could just be a delay adding info to COPS.
I'd suggest making a £1 test payment first and checking it arrives before moving any larger sums.0 -
I take it that you have not filled the form in to opt out for Confirmation of Payee, for when others pay you?
