• Cancellations made with less than 48hours notice will not receive a refund and will not be eligible to re-book
• All guests using the spa must be over the age of 16, guests under the age of 18 need to be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18 years old
• Unfortunately Wynyard Hall does not permit guests with medical conditions to use the Spa facilities
• Please advise at the time of booking if you are or may be pregnant. Some treatments are not recommended during pregnancy. Where possible, the venue’s therapists will adjust your chosen treatment or suggest a suitable alternative. Unfortunately, Wynyard Hall does not permit guests who are pregnant to use the Spa facilities.
