Windscreen parking fine missing most details

I got a fine on my windshield but the parking ticket is not printed correctly. It has the ticket number but all the other details are missing. Can I appeal this as an incorrect ticket?

If there are no details then how do you know if there is a claim against your parking, or what the offence was?2

They’ve put the parking ticket number so I can check it online, and my reg and the time. The location and date are missing and the rest of the ticket - ie. The cost of the fine etc. if I check online the ticket is there, but the paper ticket on my windscreen is missing most of the info. I wasn’t sure if that would count for a technicality appeal0

Was this a council parking fine, or a speculative invoice from an unregulated private parking company?
If the former, you would be better taking this over to the Free Traffic Legal Advice forum website.

Yes it does. Sounds like a Council one though? Ask FTLA how to win this appeal.
