Travel Insurance for 16yr old travelling alone

An anyone point me in the right direction for travel insurance for a 16yr old travelling from the UK to the Canary Islands on her own. On arrival she will be met by and staying with her grandparents so it’s literally just the flight when she is alone. So far everyone I’ve contacted say she must be accompanied by someone 18yrs plus but Ryanair class her as an adult and allow her to fly alone. Thanks

Can you get travel insurance with your bank account? Might cover children traveling without you.
Do Ryanair offer insurance for her?0 -
