Halifax Reward current account

The Reward Extras tracker says that I haven't met the requirements in May for the monthly reward, specifically by not spending £500 on my debit card and by not paying in a total of £1500 into the account. I have checked, and both these requirements have definitely been met. Am I the only person affected, or is the tracker not working properly? I'd be grateful for any other board members experience. TIA

It appears if you made £1500 payment at the start of the month they are not recorded in the tracker

Just to say that I re-deposited £1500 into the account and also paid another £500 on my debit card to my NS&I Direct Saver, all on 24th May when I first became aware of the issue, and tracker now shows that I have qualified for the reward in May.

I know that views are expressed on the other thread where this has been discussed that the reward would still be paid even though payments made at the beginning of May have not tracked, but I prefer a belt and braces approach (if possible to do).
