One Call Insurance hassle

Anyone else have dealings with these people? Theres no phone number to contact on their site or the e-policy only a live chat portal. To which I chatted with someone over a week ago as I wished to cancel the policy that was taken out in error and they said they'd cancel it minus admin fees and a days cover etc and give a refund but so far the the policy is still active and no refund is forthcoming.

Anyone else having trouble with them? Going to have to back to chat tomorrow and argue with them all over again its making me want to tear my hair out
