Royal Mail Parcel Sale

I've just come across what appeared to be a link to buy UNDELIVERED PARCELS from Royal Mail. The RM LOGO was on this, it took me to information on how to buy 'Undelivered Parcels'
There was a Forum, which I clicked, this looked genuine and listed some instances of non delivery with RM responding then the poster responding ..so all appeared OK
I continued, had to complete name/address/email/tel no. and confirm I had not bought a parcel from them previously. There was then a Selection of boxes [3 tries allowed] my first was empty box, my second selection showed box with a mixture of Mobile phone related products. I was then taken to payment page, the box price was £2. As it was only £2 I have taken a chance and paid by card.
What worries me is I have not been able to access this site again? and my payment was taken by company named Sitemindings.co. Germany, which appears to be just a Site minding faciity?
Not sure whether this is a SCAM yet so I will keep you updated.
If anybody has bought 'parcels' in this way please share your experience
thanks

I saw this somewhere and it is clearly a scam. You now need to keep an eye on that card and look out for any unauthorised transactions.

I've never heard of this, but it sounds a trifle dodgy, to say the least. I'm pretty sure that RM would make every effort to return undelivered parcel to the sender. And I would expect any legitimate RM website to be UK-based.Where did you come across this link? If it was on social media then that's always a massive red flag. Can you tell us the name of the website? Odds on there'll be plenty of clues as to whether it's a scam or not (my gut instinct is that it's a scam).3
