Dealing with DPD claim - no payment received

Hi all, DPD approved my claim and I got a credit note to say the payment was made 3 days ago (BACS). I've not had any payment yet to my account.

I can't seem to contact them, the phone number just says my parcel is being redirected, there is no chat as it does'nt accept the parcel number. I can't seem to contact them any other way.

Anyone got any suggestions? Otherwise' I'll have to write to them and give them an LBA. No other option.

There are multiple ways to contact their customer services:

depending on when they issued the refund, it can some business days (they say 10 business days normally) so it it’s not been 10 business days it may just be in the system still. 

On the phone number you should be able to persist to get through to someone, but may have to go through something like billing enquiries. 

I assume you haven’t got a business account, but if you do, you may want to contact their business support service.
