AHMAD TEA ‘INTERNATIONAL TEA DAY’ PRIZE DRAW T&C'S

ELIGIBILITY & ENTRY:

1. The Ahmad Tea ‘International Tea Day’ Prize Draw is open in the UK to participants aged 18 years or over. It is not open to employees of The English Soap Company or Ahmad Tea Ltd or families, agents or any other third party or person professionally connected with the Ahmad Tea Group.
2. To enter, like the competition post and follow both Ahmad Tea UK Instagram page (@ahmadteaUK) and The English Soap Company (@theenglishsoapcompany) , and tag a person on the post.
3. In entering the prize draw, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Official Terms & Conditions.
4. Ahmad Tea or The English Soap Company are not responsible for entries delayed due to technical problems, nor any technical issues, system or software failures encountered during entry into the prize draw.
5. The competition opens 21.05.24 at 08:00am and closes at 23.59 on 31.05.24

PRIZES:

1. There will be one random prize draw at the close of the Entry Period, where 1 (one) winner will be drawn at random to win 1 x Tea Bouquet 9×8 Teabag Selection, 1 x Tea Bouquet 4×8 Teabag Selection, 1 x Tea Bouquet English Breakfast, 1 x Grapefruit hand and body wash, 1 x Gardeners exfoliating soap, 1 x Jasmine & strawberry hand and body wash and 1 x Jasmine and wild strawberry soap
2. The prize is redeemable by the winner only. There is no cash alternative offered to the prize awarded and the prize cannot be transferred, refunded, exchanged or amended.
3. Ahmad Tea or The English Soap Company will not be liable for failure or delay in delivery or performance of obligations under these terms in the event of any unforeseen cause beyond its control.

WINNERS:

1. The winner will be randomly selected within seven working days of the close of the Entry Period and contacted via a direct message. All reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner, but if winner fails to respond to the message within three (3) working days, they will forfeit the prize and a redraw will be made from the remaining eligible entries to select a new winner.
2. The winner will be required to provide an address for delivery of the prize.

GENERAL:

1. The identity of the winners (names and countries of residence) will be made available on request to anyone making such request to Ahmad Tea or The English Soap Company within 10 weeks of the closing date of the Entry Period.
2. All decisions regarding this prize draw are final. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England will have exclusive jurisdiction. The General Data Protection Act 2018 applies.
3. Except where prohibited, by participating in this prize draw, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the main parties to this Agreement named as Instagram, Ahmad Tea and each of its respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies and each of its respective officers, directors, employees, agents, licensees, and assigns, and sponsors, advertisers, partners and agencies from, and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the prize draw, or receipt or use of any prize.
4. This prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. You are providing your information to Ahmad Tea Ltd not to Instagram. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the prize draw must be directed to Ahmad Tea, and not to Instagram.
