Hoping for some help or advice on what to do next.

At the stage of Rejected Second Appeal - they reset my 14 Day Reduced fee yesterday.

My firat rejected appeal was as follows. Also explains the situation.

Hi there,

My Car Reg (My Company Car) was smashed into last week (picture attached) on Lymington road. Smashed the back window in and took anything they could see. Unfortunately.

To keep the car safe i had to take it to my works Office. And leave it there. They gave me the Pool vehicle while mine is being repaired. Which is Reg (Company Pool Car)

Having a very busy week and alot of jobs and tasks was tired after work that night/ morning (I work nights) I got back home and fell asleep.

Remembering in the morning to Add the visitor Pass, which i done . But ofcourse too Late and have been issued a ticket.


Knowing my company will not issue the Letters required to Register this as a Courtesy Car quick enough i just payed the £27 myself anyway. (To park the company Pool car on the street)


I am a new resident and geting used to registering new vehicles

I applied my documents for (My company Car) , and it should be repaired by wednesday


I am praying i wont be forced to pay,£65 ontop of all this mess

They rejected my first plea saying an offence still occured. My story is true by the way.

I then checked the photos of the contravention, and the sinage is all faded on the image the parking attendant supplied.

My second appeal. Was about the sinage being unclear. i had copied and pasted info about it being illegal to issue tickets with unclear sinage and that the ticket can't be upheld.

Their respose was that i was aware that it was a residents bay and had not done my ticket in time.

I would just pay the fine. But i would like to know if anyone knows if i don't pay it and it goes to tribunal. Can they uphold the ticket with unclear sinage?

Regardless of if i was aware or not?

Clearly i shot myself in the foot by not checking the photos first and trying to appeal to their sence of enpathy but i am interested if i have a case or not.
