Trading as NALno win no fee. I approached as they sounded OK. Certainly started out ok however things went awry fairly quickly. 

All there contact is via an app which is very hit and miss to get into and if you do, everything is AI G generated with no room or allowance for ‘proper’ responses just answers they want ie’yes or no’. Which makes is extremely difficult to converse. 

I was involved in an RTA with my sister driving and it took 4 months wait for an appointment with Consultant at local hospital, acting as a Medical Expert. When he found out my sister was driving he voiced his disapproval that I would sue my sister and his attitude was hostile from thereonin. He gave us no chance to speak just yes and no answers as per his computer screen and his Report is very unfactual and full of his opinions none of which are truthful. 

The NAL App is terrible and I cannot get my point across.  Can I just cancel and go elsewhere as neither my sister nor I have any faith in this process anymore.

You need to properly read the terms and conditions of the agreement you signed, but you are likely to be liable for the fees for all the work they’ve done up till now.

If you Are you claiming against your sister. What does her opinion have to do with it?

if you were a passenger you were an innocent part regardless of blame is there a reason you approached this firm?

Would seem rather odd that you took along the person you are suing and accusing of causing you pain and suffering to the doctor that you hope is going to support you. 

Firstly you need to read your agreement with NAL, almost certainly if you discontinue action then you will be liable to reimburse them for their time, the medical report and the ATE insurance. 

Secondly you need to speak to them, sounds like the app is only for basic comms and so it'll be a case of picking up the phone during office hours. Give the third party has already seen the report from your expert its going to be very difficult not to proceed with it now but thats one for you to discuss with NAL
