Does anyone know if you set up a free will through a service your union has available, if you leave the union does the will still stand?

    Yes of course, assuming its legal and you don't write another one that overrides it.

    Yes, but it's possible the service being offered will be from a will-writing company, rather than a solicitor. Many of us would prefer the latter.
