Default twice

Options
So I have an outstanding balance on a defaulted account with Three which was 6 years old a few months ago and was removed from my file. They have now re registered the remaining balance and are registering missed payments on the 20th of each month. I now have 2 and will be due to get the 3rd on 20th June my question is can they default me again? They say they will keep recording missed payments on my file until the whole balance is paid. P.s I now have no defaults on my account and am petrified of another default for 6 years I've even thought about a payday loan to pay off the £350 debt to avoid it please help

If you no longer have an account with 3, then the default date was the default date.

I think you need to make a formal complaint in writing and require them to respond in writing. If they hold on to their position then you need to refer it to the ICO

I do officially still owe them the balance which I accept it's just the fact that they won't even talk to me about an arrangement and are adamant on registering missed payments. I'm really worried that the third missed payment will result in default which they won't remove.

I will start to draft a formal complaint and ask for a response in writing
