Halifax Reward Bonus Saver still paying 4.2% AER

Just noticed my Halifax Reward Bonus Saver account, which I opened well over a year ago, is still paying 4.20% AER. I thought the rate was supposed to drop after the first year? 

I'm just curious really because I would keep the account regardless as I only keep it to qualify for the monthly prize draw, but it's suddenly become not terrible.

the REWARD version is 4%

The normal version is 3.9%
