Probate on line

Dad passed in February, mirror wills so everything passed to Mum and there was a variety of joint accounts and one ISA in Dads name worth 48K. The ISA company want grant of probate. (I’ve established there is no inheritance tax to pay).
I’ve started the process of applying for probate on-line on behalf of 3 executors; Me, Mum and my brother. It’s asking for email & mobile for all of us, Mum doesn’t have a mobile so computer won’t let me progress any further. Do I have to do the whole thing via post?
In reality I’ll be answering all questions/completing forms etc on her behalf as she’s 90 with limited hearing/sight. She has recently been diagnosed with vascular dementia but certainly understands money etc so it feels wrong to state she’s incapable and get the GP to sign to say she’s incapable but is that the easiest route?
Any advice gratefully received
Many thanks

If you are doing this just to release the money you mother and brother can reserve their powers and you can do this alone.0

The easiest route might be for her to 'reserve' her powers. See -
Applying for probate: If there’s a will - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)
"If more than one executor is named in the will, you can choose not to apply now but reserve the right to apply later. This is known as holding ‘power reserved’.
Tell the person who’s making the probate application that you’re holding power reserved. You need to do this in writing."
