Out of Date Claim

Options
Hi Martin  I've received a letter from HMRC to advise my claim is out of date for a tax refund paid on a PPI payout in 2018.  Is there any other way I can claim the tax back.  Rung the tax office but they only quoted to 4 year rule.

Many thanks
