Orbit Energy Debt Recovery LCSDR

I have had letters and sms messages asking for debt recovety for Orbit Energy. I thought all accounts were transferred to Scottish Power after Orbit's administration. Should I take this debt recovery letter seriously?

    Although accounts are transferred in a SoLR situation, the recovery of existing debt can remain with the Administrators.
    The best question really is do you owe something to Orbit that was not subsequently recovered by Scottish Power?
